Summer Tone Up 2017 | Tone It Up Fitness Challenge for Women | #TIU

Hello Friends!

Happy Thursday! How is your week going so far?

I’ve been a little distracted the past two weeks… between not feeling well and having a bit of an existential crisis, it’s definitely been busy. I’m blaming it on the full moon and the stormy weather. haha!

And that is why I’m so excited about the Summer Tone Up Challenge! Fitness is excellent therapy and can solve many problems. In addition, I have two months until I turn 30, and I am ready to close this chapter and move on to the next one. I know it’s all symbolic, and nothing really changes (except a lower car insurance rate, right?) but I want to enter my 30’s feeling my absolute best!

Much like with the Bikini Series, I will do a weekly check-in post to help keep myself accountable, and hopefully inspire you on your fitness journey.

We start on Monday and I would love for you to join us! It’s a completely free, 4 week fitness challenge and it’s going to be amazing! The workouts are challenging and fun, and the TIU community is filled with incredibly loving and supportive women!
