Hello friends! Happy Sunday!
How are you doing?
Confession: I’ve been feeling lazy and unmotivated this week. Let’s be honest. Lounging on the couch, binging on Netflix shows is a productive way to spend your technical day off. …
Maybe productive isn’t the right word.
Way more fun. Especially considering that I don’t actually do that very often.
But alas, here we are. Heading into the middle of April. Spring is actually here, teasing us with bright sunshine, cerulean skies, and warm temperatures.
Summer will arrive before we know it.
I, for one, am very excited.
In any event, watching a little TV, YouTube videos, reading blog posts and articles, and trying to encourage my friends with their endeavors distracts from the words that are absent when I ask them to come. Sometimes we need to press the metaphorical reset button. And what better day to do just that than today?
I’ve compiled a few inspiring quotes to motivate us all this week – to accomplish our to-do lists and work toward our goals.
Let’s start tomorrow. 😉 haha! (just kidding.)
“Guard your time fiercely. Be generous with it, but be intentional about it.”
“One of the most important keys to success is having the discipline to do what you know you should do, even when you don’t feel like doing it.”
“Fear stops a lot of people. Fear of failure, of the unknown, of risk. And it masks itself as procrastination.”
“Procrastination is the thief of dreams.”
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step.”
-Martin Luther King, Jr.
“It always seems impossible until it is done.”
“Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone.”
“One day you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted… do it now.”
Don’t be upset by the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t do.
